Intelisci 101 – Our Strategic Competitive Advantages (SOP)

Intelisci was formed to provide Biopharma, Biotechnology, and Investor Leaders with a way to grow their companies strategically, and there are 3 Strategic Competitive Advantages that Intelisci can leverage and use for our partners. We refer to them as Intelisci’s SOP.

1. Scientific Advisory Board (S)

2. Organizational Solutions (O)

3. Pricing Structure (P)

Scientific Advisory Board (S)

Intelisci’s Scientific Advisory Board is composed of 10 Biopharma/Biotech industry leaders that are actively involved in driving innovation and growth in the sectors of Cell Therapy (CT), Gene Therapy (GT), and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML).

FAQ: How does Intelisci’s Scientific Advisory Board help with recruitment?

While we support Big Pharma and established organizations, we primarily are focused on working with Startups and Venture Capital (VC)/Private Equity (PE) companies to set the starting lineups of their Leadership Teams. The start of all Intelisci executive searches is to get the real-time pulse of the industry by consulting with members of the Scientific Advisory Board that are in the know. This results in a talent search that can’t be replicated by traditional recruitment agencies.

  1. Faster Screening Process – Our strong technical understanding and business acumen allows us to target individuals with the skills and leadership experience required to fill the needed position. By knowing what questions to ask our clients and the talent pool, we save time because we can sift through what is irrelevant, relevant, and questionable in the most efficient way. Candidates cannot pull the wool over our team’s eyes. We know what we are looking for, and we know what it takes to be successful in Biopharma.

  2. Access to Everyone – We pride ourselves on being 1º Separated from everyone in the Biopharma/Biotech industry. Because of the technical understanding of our team, not only do our clients get a faster screening process, but they also receive higher quality recommendations. Speed of screening would mean nothing if it weren’t always paired with the ability to generate the “Best Available” picks for your leadership roles. Because we permeate the industry, we can give you the best look at leading industry talent and access to these individuals.

  3. Candidates Come Recommended – We handpick from an existing network of professionals that are known to have a proven track record that can be vouched for. Your candidates will not be chosen from a haphazard collection of submitted resumes received from a LinkedIn job post. You don’t receive candidates from Intelisci; you receive our recommendations because we have confidence in our network, process, and team.

Organizational Solutions (O)

Intelisci has been built to support lean startups. The beginning of a business is a critical time to make sure that the strategy and tactics for establishing a startup in a new market are spot on. Through our blend of consultative services, Intelisci gives our clients a personalized strategy and set of tactics to achieve success in new and existing markets. Do not think of Intelisci as merely a talent agency. The talent within our organization is what allows our clients to better understand their own path to success and achieve scalable growth.

FAQ: How does Intelisci’s Organizational Solutions help with strategic growth?

Our skills as an organization are not limited to Talent Acquisition & HR Strategy. Sometimes, those services come later because they are not needed when we first meet our new clients. We want to take the time to understand each company that we may work with to build trust and provide the biggest value. Sometimes, the biggest value comes from offering our Consultative Services from our subject matter experts (SME). This allows our clients to receive the support they need without having to commit to a long-term solution to a short-term problem. We aim to be fit for purpose and phase appropriate. We achieve this by offering expertise in the following areas.

1. Navigating Investment Landscape

2. Due Diligence/Therapeutic SME

3. In-sourcing/Licensing

4. Business Development/Commercialization Strategy

5. Outsourcing/Vendor Selection and Qualification

6. Regulatory Strategy

7. Phase Appropriate GxP (Preclinical, Clinical, and Commercial)

8. Clinical Program Management

9. Approaching Disruptive Technologies

Pricing (P)

One of the biggest advantages of working with Intelisci is that we do not price our services like our competitors. We encourage you to compare and see. Because when you do, you will see that Intelisci has approached your talent acquisition opportunity with the goal of being a long-term partner to your organization. Our competitors charge higher rates with prohibitive costing models that often don’t result in success. Especially when it relates to executive/leadership searches, Intelisci’s pricing model makes it where our clients can reduce risk while evaluating and implementing an approved growth strategy.

FAQ: How does Intelisci’s Pricing Structure help control the cost of talent acquisition?

Intelisci offers both Recruiting and Consultative Services. Depending on what your organization desires, we will provide you with what you need. By having a strong internal team that can flex in either direction, both time and money are saved. Consultations are normally priced on an hourly basis, depending on the area of expertise required and the duration of the service. When it is time to grow your team, we offer the following pricing model as a reference. The “Base Range” column refers to the compensation value for the position to be hired for.
