These positions underscore his pivotal role in shaping HR strategies and fostering organizational growth within dynamic biotech companies.
Eric's impressive journey includes multiple progressive leadership roles with Jazz Pharmaceuticals, where he played a substantial part in the company's success. Earlier in his career, he held various commercial roles of increasing responsibility at Bayer HealthCare and GlaxoSmithKline.
Eric Fink offers Intelisci fresh perspective as a strong attractor of talent having led successful team builds from scratch and executing on complex change programs, re-building or scaling key functions to adapt to organizational or industry needs.
