Matt Tong
CEO
Matt founded Intelisci in 2022 and serves as the CEO. He has spent close to two decades supporting drug development and vendor organizations through the provision of innovative people solutions. Matt has held senior level roles in international organizations with full P&L, strategic direction, and tactical deployment of resources. He was the first U.S employee for Proclinical and helped to build out many of the specialist functional groups including Executive Search. At Investigo, he took an experienced team, reorganized and helped them achieve success in highly specialist markets. Matt is passionate about creating solutions for the dynamic challenges faced by leaders that are navigating an innovative and evolving industry.

Matt is originally from the UK, he has lived and worked in London, Cape Town and now resides in New York City with his Wife and Dog. He is an avid cyclist, fisherman and terrible skier.
